Eligibility
What age do I need to be to volunteer?
Volunteers must be 16 years or older for all areas, except Transportation, which requires volunteers to be at least 25 years old.
Shifts & Scheduling
What is the shift commitment?
4 shifts in ONE area is the minimum requirement, but you're welcome to select more than 4 shifts if your personal schedule allows. Shifts can be up to 6 hours in length.
Only 2 back-to-back shifts are permitted per day. You can pick up to 2 consecutive shifts in a single day, but not 3 or more in a row.
Shift EDITS for ALL areas will close on July 13th. If changes need to be made after that date, you must contact your Volunteer Area Leader to make adjustments.
What if I can't make my assigned shift?
Email the leader of your volunteer area as early as possible. If you need to remove your shift prior to July 13th, you can visit the My Schedule button on the Volunteer Hub and update your schedule by entering your email.
How do I update my shifts?
You can edit or add shifts up until July 13th, 2026. After that, please email your Volunteer Area Leader directly.
- From the Volunteer Hub home page, click My Daily Schedule.
- Enter the email address you used during registration and click Show My Schedule.
- Your current shifts will appear in a list.
- Click the ✎ Edit or Add More Shifts button below the list.
- On the shift picker, select any additional shift(s) you'd like to add — you can also de-select any current shifts to remove them.
- Click Submit Shifts. You'll receive a confirmation email with your updated schedule.
Tip: After July 13th, the Edit button is replaced with a note asking you to contact your Volunteer Area Leader.
How do I see my schedule?
Click My Schedule on the Volunteer Hub home page and enter the email you registered with.
Profile & Account
How do I update my profile?
You can update your contact information, sizes, dietary needs, or consents at any time.
- From the Volunteer Hub home page, click My Profile + Shift Selector.
- In the top strip, enter the email you registered with and click Continue →.
- Your dashboard appears. Under Step 2: Complete Your Profile, click Edit Profile.
- The profile form opens with all your existing info pre-filled.
- Change whatever you need — your email field is locked since it's the key to your record.
- Click through to Step 4: Consents and click Save Changes.
Your shifts are not affected by profile edits.
Tournament Day Logistics
Where do I park?
More info to come. Please note that volunteer parking will be off site — a shuttle will be provided to bring you to the venue.
Will food be provided?
Yes — lunch and dinner will be provided. You will be allotted meals based on your daily shifts worked.
What if it rains?
The tournament will continue rain or shine. We'll send weather updates and any schedule adjustments by email.
Benefits & Tickets
Do I receive tickets?
Yes — you will receive the opportunity to select up to 4 tickets in total. Those tickets can be selected for sessions 1–8 (excluding the Exhibition Event). More information to come on how to reserve your preferred tickets.

Do I receive a credential?
Yes — you will receive a volunteer credential which will allow you on the grounds for your volunteer shift. You may also use your credential outside of your shifts to enjoy the outer courts and grounds excitement.
Credential privileges are not to be abused throughout the event and DO NOT grant access to watch matches on stadium court.
