Photo & Media Consent
The Memphis Classic and its media partners may photograph, film, and/or broadcast volunteers in their role during training sessions and tournament matches. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and broadcast purposes including but not limited to social media, television, print, and the official tournament website. No individual compensation will be provided for such use.
Personal Information Consent
The personal information collected in this form will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Memphis Classic 2026 Volunteer Program. This includes scheduling, communications, uniform coordination, and emergency preparedness. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of tournament operations.
Communication Consent
We would like to use the phone number and/or email address provided to share important program updates, shift reminders, and tournament information.
Scheduling Commitment
I understand and agree that I am committing to volunteer at the Memphis Classic 2026 tournament (July 25 – August 3, 2026). I commit to working at least 4 shifts within my chosen volunteer area. If I am unable to make a scheduled shift, I will email the leader of my volunteer area as early as possible. Shift removal is available through the My Schedule page on the Volunteer Hub prior to July 13th, 2026.
Uniform Acknowledgement
The tournament will provide my official volunteer shirt and credential. I am responsible for supplying the rest of my required attire: comfortable black or khaki athleisure shorts, pants, skorts, or skirts; athletic shoes (closed-toed; no open-toed shoes permitted); and an optional volunteer-provided hat.
